Namaste everyone, Sometimes, the people who love us the most can also hurt us—not because they want to, but because emotions, expectations, and circumstances can make people act in ways they never intended.

When someone close to our heart hurts us, the pain feels different. We may forgive a stranger easily, but when the same thing comes from someone we truly care about, it leaves a deeper mark. Sometimes, we keep thinking about what happened, wondering whether it was intentional or simply a mistake.

But not every hurt is an act of betrayal. Sometimes, people make mistakes unknowingly. Sometimes, words come out in anger, actions happen without realizing their impact, and later even the person who caused the pain regrets it.

Love does not mean that people will never hurt each other. True love is also about understanding that we are all imperfect. What matters is whether we recognize our mistakes, accept them, and make an effort not to repeat them.

So, if someone you love has hurt you unintentionally, give yourself time to heal—but also give them a chance to explain. Because sometimes, behind a painful moment, there is no hatred at all—only a mistake made by someone who never wanted to lose you.

And perhaps that is one of the hardest truths about relationships: the people closest to our hearts are sometimes the ones who can hurt us the deepest, but they can also be the ones who help us heal.
